Rule 28
Obligation to be transferred
Notwithstanding anything written in Rule 26, an employee of the Legislature-Parliament Service may be transferred to any division, committee, branch or responsibility of the Secretariat. If transferred in this way, it will be the duty of the concerned employee to fulfill the responsibilities assigned to him.
